美国西部时间，2017年8月2日，CA认证机构Symantec、DigiCert同时宣布：DigiCert 收购 Symantec 安全认证业务。据悉，此笔交易完成后，Symantec将拥有DigiCert约30%普通股股权，后者将给付大约9.5亿美元现金。
